Welcome to HavenKept. These terms apply to havenkept.com and havenkept.github.io (together, "the Sites"), including our free tools and the demo versions of our planners. By using the Sites, you agree to these terms.
Our free calculators, trackers, and makers are provided free of charge for personal use. They run in your browser, and you're welcome to use them as often as you like and share links to them.
Our planners are sold through our Etsy shop. Purchases are processed by Etsy and are also subject to Etsy's own terms and policies. When you buy a planner, you receive a personal-use license: use it yourself, on your own devices, for as long as you like, including any free updates we release.

Everything on the Sites, including the designs, code, text, tools, and planners, belongs to HavenKept and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, or republish the Sites' content or tools, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Linking to our pages is always welcome.
Please don't misuse the Sites: no attempting to disrupt them, no automated scraping or bulk downloading, and no using our forms to submit someone else's email address or unlawful content.
The Sites and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep everything accurate and running, but we can't promise the Sites will always be available, error-free, or that results will fit your particular situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HavenKept will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or free tools. For purchased products, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the consumer or statutory rights you hold in your place of residence, including rights handled through Etsy's buyer policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where HavenKept operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
